Control Air Conditioning Corporation is a complete mechanical contracting firm, with its own
fabrication shop, piping division, service division and controls group that specializes in commercial
and industrial air conditioning installation and services. Since 1978, the company’s philosophy

Through our company’s strengths and diversification, Control Air’s growth has risen to over
$250 million in annual volume. Control Air Conditioning Corporation with all its divisions
Major Construction, Tenant Improvement, Controls, Service, Sheet Metal and Piping Fabrication
Shop has just expanded its capabilities by relocating to a newly renovated 287,000sq.ft.
facility on 15 acres in Anaheim, California. In addition to our corporate office, we have
branch offices located in Hayward, California in the San Francisco Bay Area, which also has
a Sheet Metal Fabrication Shop, and in San Diego, California.
